Our Managing Director Masha Yankovskaya has over 20 years of experience growing and building executive search practices across European Union and the CIS countries.

Based in London, she has oversight of all activities across the sector and liaises with major financial institutions, startups and government-backed institutions to execute searches when the requirement is to appoint a candidate with senior finance experience.

Prior to founding MYSEARCH, she held senior positions with large international executive search firms, including Ward Howell and Odgers Berndtson, and focused on executive appointments in financial services across Europe and CIS countries. 

Masha holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, as well as Hogan Certificate of Professional Development.
